With the prepay system, users add credit to their meter and – should they not use their full spend – can opt for a refund of their remaining balance. If credit is running low, the user will also be alerted, ensuring they’re able to top back up in a timely fashion and maintain a continuity in supply. Using simple QR codes, fully logged records of usage are recorded by user, ensuring any discrepancies and potential usage queries can be swiftly rectified and addressed.
